Downloading a video, song, recording, or photo does not transfer copyright ownership to the user.

If a URL only points to content hosted on a third-party platform, the rights holder may also need to use the official reporting mechanism provided by that platform.
SSSTikTok cannot remove a post from TikTok if the post is hosted on TikTok infrastructure.

Counter Notice / Objection
If the relevant legal system requires an objection or counter-notice process, that process should be added based on the operator's actual jurisdiction.
Do not automatically copy the United States DMCA procedure if the operator and hosting are not structured in a way that makes it applicable.
